| PMG has contracted with Maxim Healthcare to administer H1N1 vaccine at PMG on Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 1-4 p.m. This session is for PMG patients ONLY who fall in the following categories. 1) Pregnant 2) Household contact or a caregiver of a child under 6 months 3) Healthcare worker or EMS personnel 4) Between ages 17 years to 24 years 5) Between ages of 25 and 64 with health conditions associated with higher risk of medical complications from influenza.
